Job Description:

A Tier 1 Main Contracting Company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Technical Site Architect to join their team for new build office and residential tower projects. This role requires expertise in delivering technically demanding projects and experience working for a recognized main contractor in the UAE or GCC.

This is an initial 3-6 month contract position with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent staff role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the Project Director, ensuring project deliverables meet quality and deadline standards.

• Oversee design development and implementation from concept to completion.

• Ensure local authority compliance and adherence to architectural design standards.

• Coordinate sub-consultant packages and review all drawing packages before submission.

• Collaborate on writing and updating project briefs and NBS specifications.

• Manage material submissions, shop drawing production, and approvals.

• Maintain quality system procedures (QSP) and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

• Track resource allocation and oversee the NOC submission process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

• 12-15 years of experience in architecture and construction.

• Proficiency in Revit & BIM Software (preferred).

• Prior experience with a recognized main contractor in the UAE or GCC.

• Strong site-based experience in material submissions, shop drawings, and coordination.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
