Job Description:
AL FAFA LLC-FZ is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Technical Services Specialist to join our dynamic team in the lubricant industry. In this role, you will support product development, customer inquiries, and sales initiatives, working closely with both internal teams and external partners. Your technical expertise in lubricants and additives will play a key role in driving our company’s growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain Technical Data Sheets (TDS) and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for lubricant products, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

• Coordinate with additive suppliers to provide technical support, address queries, and contribute to product development.

• Compile detailed monthly reports on additive performance and market trends, providing valuable insights for decision-making.

• Offer technical assistance to the sales team, supporting customer engagement and helping meet sales objectives.

• Address customer inquiries with professionalism, offering technical solutions and product recommendations.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders on product development initiatives to enhance and innovate lubricant offerings.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience and strong technical knowledge in the lubricant industry, particularly in formulations and additives.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.

• Highly detail-oriented, with superior organizational skills to manage documentation and reporting tasks.

• Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.

• Experience with preparing TDS/SDS documents and providing technical sales support is a plus.
