Intertec Systems is looking for a Technical Service Delivery Manager to ensure seamless delivery of technical services to clients, manage service performance, and oversee technical teams. The role involves client relationship management, team leadership, service performance monitoring, and implementing process improvements to meet service levels and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
🚀 Service Delivery Management – Oversee end-to-end service delivery, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met. Monitor and manage service performance, implementing corrective actions.
🤝 Client Relationship Management – Act as the primary contact for clients, handling service-related issues and technical escalations.
👨💻 Team Leadership – Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals, fostering a collaborative work environment.
📈 Process Improvement – Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery efficiency and quality.
🔧 Change, Incident, and Problem Management – Manage technical incidents and problems, ensuring effective resolution and preventive measures.
📊 Reporting and Analytics – Generate performance reports, provide insights, and report on key service metrics.
🔗 Vendor Management – Manage third-party vendor relationships, ensuring service delivery meets quality standards and contractual obligations.
Qualifications:
🎓 Education – Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
💼 Experience – Minimum 15 years in technical service delivery, IT service management, or related field. Proven track record in managing technical teams.
📜 Certifications – Azure, ITIL, and Cybersecurity certifications are desirable.
🔧 Technical Skills – Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, network, and cybersecurity.
🗣️ Soft Skills – Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. Strong customer focus and time management skills.
