Job Title: Technical Sales Engineer – Valves & Actuators

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Sales Engineer to drive sales and business growth for our valve and actuator products. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional sales skills, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and Sell Valve Products – Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the customer base and drive revenue growth.

  • Technical Expertise – Possess in-depth knowledge of various valves and actuators (such as butterfly and ball valves) to provide tailored solutions to customers.

  • Customer Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their technical needs.

  • Technical Sales Presentations – Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the features and benefits of our solutions.

  • Provide Technical Support – Assist customers with troubleshooting and technical inquiries, offering expert recommendations.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with internal sales, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure seamless customer support.

  • Industry Knowledge – Stay updated on market trends, industry advancements, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Sales Target Achievement – Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company’s market expansion.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the valve and actuator industry.

  • Strong technical knowledge of valves, actuators, and control systems.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% for customer visits, conferences, and industry events.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to offer innovative solutions.

Preferred Candidate:

  • Must be willing to relocate or currently reside in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
