Role Overview:
The Technical Sales Engineer will manage and optimize water and wastewater treatment systems, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with environmental and quality standards. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with client-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and optimize water and wastewater treatment systems.

• Conduct water analysis and prepare treatment programs.

• Supervise chemical dosing and troubleshoot operational issues.

• Prepare technical reports, proposals, and client presentations.

• Support clients with professional water treatment solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field.

• Strong background in water treatment, chemical or process engineering.

• Hands-on experience with cooling towers, boilers, reverse osmosis, and wastewater treatment plants.

• Proficient in water chemistry analysis, chemical dosing, and troubleshooting treatment systems.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Prior experience in the water treatment or specialty chemicals industry preferred.
