SPARK MAINTENANCE & OIL-FIELD SERVICES, a leading Emirati company established in 1974, is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join its HR team. The company provides Human Resources Outsourcing, Recruitment, and PR services to major Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, EPC, and Government entities across the UAE.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Source and attract qualified technical candidates via job boards (LinkedIn, Naukri Gulf, Indeed, Gulf Talent).
✅ Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and job descriptions.
✅ Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and evaluations for technical roles.
✅ Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring seamless candidate experience.
✅ Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate pipelines for effective hiring.
✅ Stay updated on industry trends and technical skill requirements.
✅ Assist in employer branding and talent attraction strategies.

🔹 Requirements:
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
🔹 Proven experience in Technical Recruitment, ideally in Oil & Gas, IT, or Engineering.
🔹 Strong understanding of technical job roles, programming languages, software development, and IT infrastructure.
🔹 Proficiency in sourcing tools like LinkedIn, Naukri Gulf, Indeed, and Gulf Talent.
🔹 Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
🔹 Ability to assess technical proficiency and cultural fit in candidates.
