Key Responsibilities:

🤝 Collaborate with Recruitment Consultants & Account Managers to fulfill hiring needs.
💡 Source, screen, and qualify top IT professionals in software development, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and fintech.
📊 Maintain a strong talent pipeline for swift and high-quality candidate placements.
🌐 Utilize headhunting, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and networking for candidate identification.
🎙 Conduct initial interviews, assess technical skills, and shortlist candidates for clients.
📈 Build strong relationships with candidates, providing market insights and career guidance.
💼 Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

✔ Experience: 1-3 years in IT recruitment (agency or executive search preferred).
✔ Technical Knowledge: Understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
✔ Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and job portals.
✔ Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines.
✔ Communication: Strong interpersonal and engagement skills.
