Ateca Consulting is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join their fast-growing hybrid recruitment and management consulting firm in Dubai. The role involves driving business, opening new accounts, and managing existing client accounts with speed and precision. The successful candidate will work with major global organizations while supporting the consulting team in delivering programs across the EMEA region. This is a sales-focused role, requiring individuals with a tenacious attitude and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business development by opening new accounts and managing existing ones.

• Support the consulting team in delivering programs across the EMEA region.

• Use sales techniques to attract clients and candidates for recruitment.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT or Telecoms (other sectors considered).

• Sales experience is essential, along with a target-driven attitude.

• Strong presentation skills and a tenacious attitude.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

• Willingness to learn new skills and recruitment techniques.
