We are seeking a Technical Records Officer (Level 2) to ensure the accurate recording and management of aircraft maintenance records in compliance with GCAA regulations. The role involves maintaining aircraft logbooks, work orders, and component records while supporting audits and maintenance planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and update aircraft maintenance details in the computer management system and original aircraft records per GCAA guidelines.
• Ensure 100% accuracy in maintenance records to maintain regulatory compliance.
• Identify and resolve documentation gaps, ensuring corrective actions are taken promptly.
• Manage large volumes of technical records efficiently to support audits and aircraft transitions.
• Provide timely updates on aircraft records for effective maintenance planning.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Technical Records.
• 5 years of experience in general clerical and data control work, including 2 years of computer operations.
• Basic knowledge of aircraft maintenance requirements and GCAA regulations related to continued airworthiness.
• Experience with RUSADA software for technical record management.
• Strong understanding of aircraft logbooks, work orders, task cards, and component records.
