Innovo Group is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee the technical aspects of major construction projects in Dubai. The role requires a strong background in civil engineering, project coordination, and stakeholder management to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project contract drawings, BOQ, and specifications to define technical scope.

• Coordinate with Project Construction, QA/QC, Contracts, QS, and MEP teams.

• Supervise and monitor the technical team’s productivity against project timelines.

• Manage communication between clients, engineers, and construction teams.

• Oversee procurement processes, ensuring suppliers and subcontractors meet project requirements.

• Monitor and approve shop drawings, RFIs, and material submittals for compliance.

• Ensure accurate documentation of variations, additions, and deletions in coordination with consultants and QS teams.

• Prepare and present technical progress reports to senior management.

• Ensure project HSE & Quality policies are enforced throughout all phases.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable university.

• 10+ years of experience in large-scale construction projects within GCC contracting companies.

• Proven leadership ability with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience handling multi-million dollar construction projects.

• Strong knowledge of business strategy, project planning, and administration.

• Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English.
