Expleo Group is looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee key projects such as Cognos Upgrade to IBM Analytics and Confluent Implementation. The role involves end-to-end project management, including planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring quality assurance and resource optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full project management lifecycle from initiation to closure.

• Develop project plans with clear goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.

• Engage and manage stakeholders across various business units and departments.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, analysts, testers, etc.) to ensure project success.

• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality are maintained.

• Implement quality assurance processes, ensuring deliverables meet standards.

• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and track expenses.

• Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.

• Manage project changes and assess their impact on scope, timeline, and resources.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in project management.

• Proven experience in Cognos Upgrade to IBM Analytics and Confluent Implementation projects.

• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional team coordination.

• Solid experience in risk management, quality assurance, and change management.

• Expertise in budget management and resource allocation
