Jedar Steel Factory® is looking for an experienced Technical Manager to lead engineering and manufacturing processes while ensuring compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will drive technical innovation, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to support business objectives in the manufacturing and industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the technical team in engineering design, project execution, and process optimization.

• Develop and implement technical strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.

• Oversee engineering projects to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.

• Collaborate with sales, production, and quality assurance teams to align technical operations with business goals.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and technical best practices.

• Provide technical support to resolve complex engineering challenges.

• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

✅ Essential:

• Mechanical Engineering degree is mandatory.

• Proven experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, design studies, drafting, and bill of quantity preparation.

• Proficiency in engineering software such as SolidWorks, CATIA V5, AutoCAD, and similar tools.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong understanding of materials science and manufacturing machines/processes.

✅ Preferred:

• Experience with ISO standards and quality management systems.

• Knowledge of pressure vessel codes, pipelines, and oil & gas industry regulations.

• Familiarity with structural engineering and compliance with ASME, EN 1090-2, and ISO 3834-2 standards.

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
