MENA-Water is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Technical Manager to lead wastewater treatment projects. This leadership role involves managing tenders, overseeing design and engineering processes, developing in-house technologies, and driving successful project execution across regional and multinational clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze tender documents and propose optimal technical solutions.

• Lead the design and submission of wastewater treatment plant proposals including P&IDs, equipment layouts, and cost estimations.

• Supervise local and international teams in project design and execution.

• Engage with clients throughout project phases to ensure successful delivery.

• Integrate new technologies and enhance internal production capabilities.

• Conduct technical and commercial reviews, HAZOPs, and risk assessments.

• Represent MENA-Water in meetings, presentations, and negotiations.

• Identify and develop strategic partnerships to improve project success rates.

• Ensure team training and continuous professional development.

Required Skills:

• Expert-level knowledge in wastewater and potable water treatment processes.

• Strong capability in interpreting tenders and technical requirements.

• Skilled in process, hydraulic design, and relevant design software.

• Proven experience in equipment production and engineering.

• Strong leadership, team coordination, and decision-making abilities.

• Deep understanding of international and regional water treatment standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Process, Industrial, or Environmental Engineering.

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in wastewater treatment design.

• At least 5 years of experience in team or department leadership roles.
