Emirates Electrical Engineering LLC, part of the Al Rostamani Group, is hiring a Technical Manager – ESCO to lead energy efficiency projects, manage energy conservation measures (ECMs), and oversee Measurement & Verification (M&V) processes. The role involves energy auditing, modelling, and team leadership, ensuring projects meet guaranteed performance levels. The ideal candidate will have CEM, CMVP, or relevant certifications and deep expertise in HVAC, lighting, and building automation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement energy-saving strategies and ECMs for various facilities.

• Conduct Level 1 & 2 energy audits to identify energy efficiency opportunities.

• Perform energy modeling, regression analysis, and M&V protocols to forecast savings.

• Prepare audit reports, proposals, and client presentations.

• Oversee project execution, ensuring compliance with energy-saving targets.

• Lead and mentor a team of Energy Engineers, ensuring project deliverables are met.

• Collaborate with Business Development and MEP teams for project success.

• Ensure compliance with IPMVP protocols, ISO50001, and LEED GA standards.

• Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on energy savings and performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Energy Management.

• 10+ years of experience in ESCO or energy efficiency industry, including 3-4 years in a managerial role.

• Relevant certifications (CMVP, CEM, CEA); ISO50001 & LEED GA preferred.

• Expertise in HVAC, lighting, energy codes, and building automation systems.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office, data analytics, and energy simulation software.

• Valid UAE/GCC/International driving license required.
