Position: Technical Manager – Civil & Infrastructure
Location: Dubai, UAE (10 minutes from Business Bay)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: AED 40,000 – AED 45,000 per month (plus flights, medical, and annual bonus)

Join a financially strong and highly reputable main contractor as a Technical Manager on a 650 Million AED infrastructure project in Dubai. This is a senior-level opportunity for a seasoned professional with UAE experience to oversee and lead all technical and design aspects of a complex project involving earthworks, utilities, concrete structures, and access roads.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the design and technical team across all phases of the project.

• Ensure project execution aligns with contractual and technical specifications.

• Coordinate with the Senior Project Manager to align on buildability and site execution.

• Resolve technical issues and liaise effectively with subcontractors.

• Ensure all technical deliverables are met on time, managing communication across teams.

• Handle design changes and maintain detailed records of delays and modifications.

• Act as the primary technical liaison for both internal and external stakeholders.

✅ Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in main contracting for civil/infrastructure projects of 300M AED+ value.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

• Strong leadership, communication, and technical coordination skills.

• Proven UAE experience and currently based in the UAE (face-to-face interviews required).

• Demonstrated track record of career stability, progression, and project delivery.

• Available to start before July 1st.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
