Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership & Team Management:

✅ Lead and mentor multiple development squads (4–6 engineers per squad).
✅ Oversee technical implementation across various projects.
✅ Establish best practices, coding standards, and development guidelines.
✅ Collaborate with product managers to define technical requirements.

Project Delivery & Agile Execution:

✔ Manage sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

🎯 7+ years of software development experience.
