Capgemini Engineering is looking for a Technical Lead to oversee the development of cutting-edge AI and Machine Learning solutions. This role requires hands-on technical expertise and experience in mentoring teams to deliver high-quality software. The Technical Lead will collaborate with Data Scientists and Engineers to integrate AI solutions into scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, evaluate, and recommend the best technologies, frameworks, and tools for project success.

• Translate architectural blueprints into technical specifications and implementation plans.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and coding best practices.

• Oversee code reviews, coding standards, and quality assurance processes.

• Ensure development of scalable, secure, and maintainable applications.

• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation (e.g., Technical Requirements Documents and Technical Analyses).

• Communicate progress, decisions, and potential trade-offs with internal stakeholders including Project Managers and Architects.

• Identify and proactively address technical risks and project blockers.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to align technical solutions with business goals and user needs.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in application development with strong knowledge of:

  • Python, React, Node.js

  • Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration

  • Major cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS)

  • DevOps tools: CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automation

  • Database management and software security best practices

  • Optimizing application performance and scalability

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong communication, leadership, and team collaboration abilities

  • Understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Generative AI (GenAI) concepts, with familiarity in:

    • ML model lifecycle, inference APIs, and data pipelines

    • Collaborating with AI/ML teams to bridge model development and system integration

    • Data processing frameworks for working with large-scale data
