Royal Class is hiring a Technical Lead to oversee the development of enterprise-grade applications and lead a team of full-stack and mobile developers. The role demands a mix of technical expertise, leadership ability, and project management skills to ensure high-quality, on-time software delivery. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of development experience and a strong track record in managing large tech teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor full-stack and mobile development teams

• Manage the software development lifecycle from planning to delivery

• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project goals and expectations

• Enforce development best practices including coding, testing, and deployment

• Oversee sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily team operations

• Provide technical guidance and resolve development challenges

• Collaborate with DevOps to improve CI/CD workflows

• Ensure performance, scalability, and security in delivered solutions

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

• 5+ years in software development with 3-5 years in a leadership role

• Full-stack development expertise (JavaScript, Node.js, React, Angular, Python)

• Familiarity with mobile development (iOS/Android)

• Experience with enterprise-level systems and high-end applications

• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture

• Experience with Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines

• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in SQL/NoSQL databases

• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization tools

• Knowledge of AI/ML technologies is a plus

• PMP or Scrum Master certification is an advantage
