Royal Class is looking for a Technical Lead with strong leadership and full-stack development expertise to oversee enterprise-level projects and manage development teams effectively. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience leading teams, a deep understanding of software development lifecycles, and experience in mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage full-stack and mobile development teams.

• Oversee the software development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality and on-time project delivery.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and expectations.

• Implement and enforce best coding, testing, and deployment practices.

• Conduct regular team meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 5+ years of software development experience, with at least 3-5 years in leadership roles.

• Strong full-stack development skills (e.g., JavaScript, Node.js, React, Angular, Python).

• Experience with mobile development (iOS/Android) is a plus.

• Proven track record in building enterprise-level systems for high-end users.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git, Jenkins).

• Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in enterprise-level projects.

• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization tools.

• Understanding of AI/ML technologies is a plus.

• PMP or Scrum Master certification is advantageous.
