Novonesis is seeking a Technical Business Development Manager to drive the sales and adoption of its test kit portfolio for the dairy industry across Turkey, the Middle East, and Africa. The role involves technical sales, product implementation, market strategy, and customer engagement. The candidate will be responsible for developing business growth strategies, providing technical support, and collaborating with external labs and regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead business development for test kits & equipment in the region.
✅ Present test kit solutions to customers and drive sales growth.
✅ Act as the technical lead, educating customers on how & why to use test kits.
✅ Manage test kit projects, ensuring technical & commercial requirements are met.
✅ Work with external labs & institutes on product approvals & certifications.
✅ Assess feasibility of new product development & collaborate with global teams.
✅ Provide technical troubleshooting & customer support for test kits.
✅ Design & execute marketing strategies for business retention & expansion.
✅ Travel up to 50% across Turkey, the Middle East & Africa.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dairy Science, Food Technology, or Food Chemistry.
✔ 3-5 years of experience in technical sales/sales in the dairy industry.
✔ Strong understanding of dairy manufacturing & quality control.
✔ Hands-on experience with rapid test kits & diagnostic measurements.
✔ Fluency in Turkish & English; Arabic & French are a plus.
✔ Knowledge of mobile apps, cloud platforms, digital services, & hardware.
✔ Ability to plan & implement short- & long-term business strategies.
✔ Passion for food safety, consumer health, & the food industry.
