About the Client:

Our client is a multi-award-winning architectural and design consultancy known for delivering iconic hospitality, residential, and mixed-use high-rise developments across the UAE and MENA region. With a strong pipeline of new-build projects, they are looking to expand their team with a highly skilled Technical Architect.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Technical Architect with deep experience in schematic and detailed design phases (SD/DD) for high-rise developments. You will be working closely with multidisciplinary teams on landmark hospitality and residential towers and must have strong Revit and BIM expertise, paired with experience in spatial planning and technical detailing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs using Autodesk Revit, focusing on schematic and detailed design phases

• Lead design coordination across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines

• Prepare detailed drawings, construction documentation, and project deliverables

• Implement BIM best practices, ensure Revit standards, and conduct clash detection reviews

• Generate accurate documentation (plans, sections, elevations) from BIM models

• Support the development of BIM Execution Plans and project protocols

• Mentor junior architects and train teams in BIM workflows and Revit usage

• Stay updated with latest tools (Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape) and BIM technologies

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture

• Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years of architectural experience

  • At least 2 recent years in the UAE working with reputable design consultancies

  • Proven delivery of high-rise hospitality, residential, or mixed-use projects

• Software Skills:

  • Autodesk Revit (essential)

  • Proficiency in Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape is a strong advantage

• Strong knowledge in:

  • Technical detailing and spatial planning

  • SD/DD phase documentation and coordination

  • Working with recognized architectural consultancies
