🧾 Role Summary:

We are looking for a Tableau Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will support data-driven decision-making by preparing, analyzing, and visualizing key business metrics. Your work will directly contribute to process efficiency, performance monitoring, and strategic insights through the development of automated dashboards and reports.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and refresh weekly data flows using Tableau Prep and Excel.

• Maintain and update Excel dashboards and Power Query-based reports.

• Perform data validation and quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and reliability.

• Automate manual data processes to enhance reporting efficiency.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.

• Conduct ad-hoc analyses as requested by management.

• Organize and maintain data documentation, file structures, and reporting schedules.

• Build internal tools and solutions to support the VCP (Value Creation & Performance) team.

🛠️ Tools & Technologies Used:

• Tableau Prep – for data preparation and transformation

• Excel Advanced – including Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA

• Excel Online – using Office Scripts for automation

• Tableau Desktop – for limited data verification and testing

✅ Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience working with Tableau Prep, Excel, and Power Query

• Strong data management, transformation, and analytical skills

• Experience automating data processes and reporting pipelines

• Ability to work cross-functionally with business and technical teams

• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and data validation practices

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
