Bureau Veritas Group is seeking a Team Leader – QA/QC to oversee and manage quality assurance and control activities for construction and manufacturing projects. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with required standards, lead a team of QAQC professionals, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) to ISO 9001 standards. This role offers a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage QA/QC Activities: Oversee all aspects of project quality assurance and control.

• Develop and Maintain QMS: Update and maintain the company’s Quality Management System to ISO 9001 standards.

• Review Project Documentation: Guide QA/QC representatives in reviewing project documentation, including quality plans, inspection and test plans, and method statements.

• Material Inspection: Ensure all incoming materials are checked per project specifications and approved material submittals.

• Inspection Activities: Control and manage inspection activities on-site to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs): Issue and manage NCRs, handle complaints, and take corrective actions as needed.

• Audits and Training: Coordinate internal and external client audits, and implement training programs to enhance team competency and address quality-related needs.

• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain necessary documentation for QAQC activities, ensuring full control and timely processing of inspection requests and test reports.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.

• Experience: Extensive experience in QAQC roles within construction or manufacturing environments.

• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001), regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

• Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent organizational and communication skills, and experience in managing inspections and documentation.

Working Conditions:
This role requires both office-based and on-site work in construction or manufacturing environments.
