This role focuses on designing and executing rider engagement initiatives, communication campaigns, and feedback programs to ensure riders remain at the core of the company’s success. The role requires strong communication, event organization, and collaboration skills to support both local and regional strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute rider communication campaigns and evaluate their effectiveness.

• Collect data, generate reports, and provide insights for improvement.

• Design and lead rider engagement initiatives to highlight talabat’s value proposition.

• Organize and facilitate recurring Rider Focus Group Discussions (FGDs).

• Collaborate with regional and central teams to align engagement strategies and share insights.

• Maintain and update local and regional communication and engagement calendars.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications or a related field.

• 0–2 years of relevant experience.

• Proficiency in Canva and communication management tools (e.g., Tweety) is preferred.

• Experience in organizing and executing engagement activities/events.

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Urdu.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience working with diverse teams and cultural dynamics is a plus.
