Splunk, a Cisco company, is a leader in security and observability solutions for hybrid, multi-cloud environments. The company is looking for a Team Lead, Digital Sales to drive the success of its Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) and Business Development Representatives (BDRs). This role requires a dynamic leader who can coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team while actively participating in sales activities and pipeline generation.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a high-performing BDR/ISR team, ensuring individual and team targets are met.

Actively engage in sales prospecting and drive pipeline growth.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to execute pipeline generation strategies.

Provide coaching, mentoring, and feedback to enhance team performance.
-
Monitor KPIs and sales metrics, providing regular updates to leadership.

Support in streamlining sales processes, tools, and training programs.

Align with Account Executives and Sales Managers for seamless sales handovers.

Oversee the adoption of sales tools like Outreach, SalesNavigator, and Salesforce.
Required Qualifications & Experience:

3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.

Prior experience mentoring and coaching a team of BDRs or SDRs.

Strong sales acumen with expertise in lead qualification, pipeline generation, and conversion metrics.

Passion for developing people and fostering a collaborative team culture.

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Strong analytical mindset to assess performance data and implement improvements.

Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce and sales engagement platforms such as Outreach, TechTarget, and Cognism.
