Aspen Heights British School (AHBS) is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support students and teachers inside and outside the classroom. The role involves assisting in lesson planning, student supervision, classroom activities, and ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about child development, education, and fostering a supportive learning atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in lesson planning, classroom activities, and assessments.
• Support individual and group learning under the guidance of teachers.
• Prepare materials, organize learning resources, and display students’ work.
• Supervise students during playtime, transition times, and school trips.
• Support children with ICT tools such as computers and iPads.
• Assist in behavior management, student welfare, and safeguarding.
• Maintain confidentiality and report incidents as per school policies.
• (If applicable) Bus supervision – ensuring safe transportation and student behavior management.

Skills & Requirements:

• Graduate with at least 2 years of experience as a Teaching Assistant.
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to manage student behavior effectively.
• A collaborative team player with a positive and professional attitude.
• Knowledge of child safeguarding, safety protocols, and well-being.
