Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lessons that inspire students and achieve the best academic outcomes.

• Collaborate with fellow teachers, support staff, and parents to create a positive learning environment.

• Plan, prepare, and present sessions catering to all ability levels in line with the curriculum.

• Observe, assess, and track student progress; adjust lessons and environment accordingly.

• Support students’ social, emotional, and academic development.

• Manage classroom behavior effectively, promoting self-control, independence, and respect.

• Participate in school events, outings, activities, and run weekly ECA sessions each term.

• Contribute to wider professional responsibilities, including curriculum action groups and resource planning.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education (Arabic) or equivalent with PGCE.

• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to motivate and engage students through imaginative teaching methods.

• Experience in assessment, behavior management, and working with diverse student populations.

• Commitment to professional development and contribution to the school community.
