EY is seeking a Tax Senior Consultant to join its Global Compliance & Reporting (GCR) team in Dubai. This role involves managing tax compliance, financial reporting, and regulatory obligations for multinational clients across various industries. Responsibilities include ensuring seamless service delivery, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, executing tax engagements, and contributing to business development initiatives. The ideal candidate should have expertise in direct and indirect tax compliance, ERP systems, and financial reporting, with a strong ability to work in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Taxation, or a related field
• Preferably an MBA, Master’s degree, or professional qualifications (CA, CPA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in tax compliance and financial reporting, ideally within a large professional services firm
• Strong analytical, management, and leadership skills
• Experience working with multinational clients and handling large datasets
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
