The role involves designing and delivering engaging training sessions and leadership development programs aimed at strengthening individual and team performance. This is an on-site opportunity based in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and facilitate leadership development programs tailored to organizational needs.

• Deliver interactive training sessions and workshops focused on leadership and organizational excellence.

• Develop frameworks and strategies for continuous leadership improvement.

• Evaluate current leadership capabilities and design targeted learning interventions.

• Measure training effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align training goals with business objectives.

• Foster a learning culture that supports personal and professional growth.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in leadership and management training.

• Strong facilitation and communication skills.

• Ability to assess training needs and design customized programs.

• Background in learning & development, organizational psychology, or HR is an advantage.

• Results-driven mindset with the ability to evaluate and enhance training effectiveness.

• Experience in corporate training or consulting environments preferred.
