Position Overview:

We are hiring a dynamic Talent & Partnership Manager to lead strategic initiatives across talent acquisition, brand partnerships, and high-profile campaigns. You will work closely with top-tier talents and celebrities, develop strong industry connections, and play a key role in shaping brand engagement in the fashion and luxury space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for talent engagement and visibility.

• Manage top-tier celebrities and influencers across multiple platforms.

• Lead talent acquisition, negotiation, and partnership deals.

• Build strong relationships with PR firms, talent managers, agencies, and brands.

• Collaborate with internal marketing and PR teams to drive talent-led campaigns.

• Oversee contract negotiations, talent budgets, and ROI measurement.

• Mentor and manage junior team members; set KPIs and lead performance evaluations.

• Identify new talent opportunities and secure high-impact collaborations.

• Drive business development by acquiring new clients and aligning with MP’s brand vision.

• Prepare and review monthly performance reports for each talent.

• Maintain alignment with internal teams for campaign consistency and execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Minimum 6 years of experience in talent management, PR, or communications.

• Prior experience in fashion, luxury, or entertainment is essential.

• Fluent in English.
