Enova by Veolia is seeking a proactive Talent Development Specialist to design, implement, and improve talent development initiatives. The role focuses on employee growth, succession planning, and fostering a high-performing, inclusive culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement development programs targeting various employee groups, including leadership initiatives.

• Manage and update the Competencies & Skills Framework to align with evolving business needs.

• Assist in succession planning, identifying and developing future leaders.

• Contribute to career path mapping for employee growth opportunities.

• Maintain accurate records of talent management and succession planning activities.

• Coordinate performance management processes, including goal-setting, appraisals, and feedback collection.

• Analyze performance data and prepare reports to guide decision-making.

• Maintain Talent Development dashboards and ensure data accuracy for stakeholders.

• Provide data-driven recommendations for process improvements.

• Participate in HR projects, audits, and special initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, or related field.

• Additional HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, APTD) are a plus.

• 3–5+ years’ experience in HR, Talent Management, or Organizational Development.

• Experience in performance management, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives preferred.

• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

• Must be an Arabic speaker.
