Enova by Veolia is seeking a proactive Talent Development Specialist to design, implement, and improve talent development initiatives. The role focuses on employee growth, succession planning, and fostering a high-performing, inclusive culture.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement development programs targeting various employee groups, including leadership initiatives.

Manage and update the Competencies & Skills Framework to align with evolving business needs.

Assist in succession planning, identifying and developing future leaders.

Contribute to career path mapping for employee growth opportunities.

Maintain accurate records of talent management and succession planning activities.
-
Coordinate performance management processes, including goal-setting, appraisals, and feedback collection.

Analyze performance data and prepare reports to guide decision-making.

Maintain Talent Development dashboards and ensure data accuracy for stakeholders.

Provide data-driven recommendations for process improvements.

Participate in HR projects, audits, and special initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, or related field.

Additional HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, APTD) are a plus.

3–5+ years’ experience in HR, Talent Management, or Organizational Development.

Experience in performance management, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives preferred.

Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
-
Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Must be an Arabic speaker.
