About the Role:

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Trainee with a keen interest in HR and supply chain recruitment to support the group’s dynamic TA team. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a fresh graduate or early career professional looking to launch their HR journey within one of the region’s most respected luxury retail organizations.


Key Responsibilities:

🎯 Candidate Sourcing & Engagement

  • Support recruiters by sourcing candidates and screening applications

  • Write engaging job ads and post them on relevant platforms

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and feedback sharing

  • Maintain communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience

📋 Trainee Program Management

  • Take full ownership of the trainee hiring cycle

  • Source and screen candidates for graduate and internship roles

  • Facilitate interviews and assessments

  • Ensure trainee progress and experience tracking with hiring managers

  • Maintain a talent pool of top-performing trainees for future roles

📊 Reporting & Data Management

  • Provide support on Excel, SAP, Power BI, and internal platforms

  • Compile and present recruitment data and reports

  • Liaise with HR stakeholders for accurate data collection

🤝 Collaboration & Project Support

  • Participate in briefing sessions with hiring managers and recruiters

  • Assist with community projects and cross-functional HR initiatives

  • Use innovative tools such as psychometrics and assessment centers as needed


Who We’re Looking For:

✔️ Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field

  • Passion for talent acquisition and people development

  • Fresh graduate or up to 6 months’ experience in HR or supply chain recruitment

✔️ Skills:

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills

  • Strong attention to detail and data handling

  • Proactive, organized, and enthusiastic about learning

  • Familiarity with ATS or HR systems is a plus
