MTS GROUP, a well-established company in the real estate sector, is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a full-time 6-month temporary role in Dubai. This position is ideal for HR professionals with a solid understanding of UAE labor law and prior experience in the Dubai real estate market.

The successful candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment and HR processes to support the team during a high-growth phase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation

• Monitor attendance, leave records, and ensure HR policy compliance

• Coordinate with PROs for visa processing and labor formalities

• Assist in employee engagement, performance management, and payroll inputs

• Stay updated and ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience in Dubai’s real estate sector

• In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa processing

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and work independently
