TASC Outsourcing is hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist/Partner for the Banking Sector in Dubai. This is a 12-month outsourced contract role offering a competitive salary and the opportunity to work closely with business leaders and HR teams to drive successful recruitment strategies.
Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and design recruitment strategies.

Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline via job boards, social media, and networking.

Ensure a positive candidate experience with clear communication and feedback.

Track and analyze recruitment metrics, recommending process improvements.

Collaborate with HR and department heads on workforce planning initiatives.

Enhance employer branding through outreach and engagement activities.

Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Stay updated with market trends and best practices in recruitment.
Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 10 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (preferably in Banking).

Strong customer service and communication skills.
-
Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Knowledge of modern sourcing techniques and ATS management.

Salary Range: AED 22,000 – AED 27,000 per month
