The specialist will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment processes, identifying top-tier talent, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for both candidates and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
🔹 Sourcing & Screening: Identify, attract, and assess high-quality candidates for various roles.
🔹 Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide expert recruitment advice.
🔹 Interview & Selection: Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
🔹 HR Technology Utilization: Leverage ATS, CRM, and LinkedIn Recruiter for effective talent sourcing.
🔹 Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure recruitment aligns with UAE labor laws and industry best practices.
🔹 Data & Reporting: Track, measure, and report recruitment metrics to optimize hiring efficiency.

Key Requirements:

✅ 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition within a medium to large organization.
✅ Strong expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
✅ Proficiency in HR tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM, and ATS.
✅ Knowledge of UAE employment laws and compliance regulations.
✅ Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
✅ Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
✅ Proven experience in managing complex hiring projects, including executive and niche roles.
✅ Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and report recruitment data.
