This role is perfect for HR professionals with 3–5 years of recruitment experience, ideally in the media industry, who are passionate about finding top talent and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborating with hiring managers, building pipelines, and maintaining compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.
Responsibilities:

Develop and publish job postings across job boards, social media, and recruitment channels.

Source, screen, and assess candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Conduct intake meetings to understand job specifications and candidate requirements.

Facilitate assessments and provide timely feedback to support the selection process.

Ensure a positive candidate experience from outreach through onboarding.

Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to facilitate onboarding.

Maintain recruitment records and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal teams.
Requirements/Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the media industry.

Proven track record in sourcing, assessing, and hiring talent.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

Experience with social media recruiting platforms is a plus.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

Strong multitasking, prioritization, and attention to detail abilities.
