• Alpago is seeking a proactive and high-performing Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their growing HR team in Dubai. This is a full-cycle recruitment role involving end-to-end hiring responsibilities—from sourcing and screening to onboarding and employer branding. The ideal candidate will bring strong sourcing capabilities, data-driven decision-making skills, and a passion for enhancing the candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source talent using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking events

• Use advanced techniques like Boolean and X-ray searches for passive candidates

• Create compelling job descriptions and post across various platforms

• Conduct initial HR interviews and manage candidate evaluations

• Coordinate multi-stage interviews with hiring managers

• Prepare and negotiate offers, manage pre-joining formalities, and ensure smooth onboarding

• Collaborate with marketing to lead employer branding initiatives

• Analyze recruitment metrics and generate regular reports

• Ensure recruitment compliance with UAE labor laws and internal policies

• Support workforce planning and liaise with external recruitment agencies when needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

• 3–6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (in-house or agency)

• Strong sourcing and LinkedIn recruiting skills, including Boolean/X-ray searches

• Familiarity with UAE labor laws and visa procedures

• Experience using ATS tools and modern recruitment platforms

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

• Proven ability to hire across technical, corporate, and operational domains
