Key Responsibilities:

Source and attract candidates through headhunting, job portals, social media, and professional networks.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, especially for IT positions.

Conduct initial screening and assessments to shortlist qualified candidates.

Coordinate interview schedules, gather feedback, and streamline the hiring process.

Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements.

Maintain recruitment databases and ensure accurate reporting of metrics.
Qualifications & Skills:

1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition and headhunting, ideally in a fast-paced environment.

Proven track record in IT recruitment is essential.
