Manage and optimize recruitment tools including the AMANA website, interview guides, and assessment tools for efficient hiring processes.

Lead end-to-end recruitment for fresh graduates and other positions, from candidate search to onboarding.

Recommend and coordinate improvements to the recruitment website with MIS and Marketing teams.

Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and stay updated on relevant legislation.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within industrial or construction sectors.

Proficient in candidate sourcing, evaluation, and using job boards, resume databases, and HR systems (preferably Oracle).

Knowledgeable about labor laws and recruitment best practices.

Strong communication, networking, and organizational skills.
