• Manage and optimize recruitment tools including the AMANA website, interview guides, and assessment tools for efficient hiring processes.

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for fresh graduates and other positions, from candidate search to onboarding.

• Recommend and coordinate improvements to the recruitment website with MIS and Marketing teams.

• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and stay updated on relevant legislation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within industrial or construction sectors.

• Proficient in candidate sourcing, evaluation, and using job boards, resume databases, and HR systems (preferably Oracle).

• Knowledgeable about labor laws and recruitment best practices.

• Strong communication, networking, and organizational skills.
