Beside Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will partner closely with store and regional managers to fulfill hiring needs, manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, and maintain strong talent pipelines. This role plays a key part in supporting the company’s retail hiring strategy and enhancing employer branding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with store and regional managers to determine hiring requirements

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for retail roles including store associates, supervisors, and managers

• Proactively source candidates via job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and direct outreach

• Conduct initial screening calls and schedule interviews with hiring managers

• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

• Maintain and develop strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

• Contribute to recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally within the retail sector

• Strong sourcing and screening abilities using multiple channels

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools

• Ability to manage multiple openings and meet hiring deadlines

• A proactive, organized, and goal-oriented mindset
