Faithful Executive – Leader in Interim Management, Consulting & Executive Search Dubai , UAE

Faithful Executive, a leader in interim management, consulting, and executive search, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support one of its clients in the recruitment and consulting industry. This part-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a passion for connecting top talent with exceptional opportunities across the MENA region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.

  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, evaluating skills and cultural fit.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.

  • Ensure timely and clear communication with all stakeholders throughout the hiring process.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored hiring solutions.

  • Enhance recruitment workflows to optimize candidate experience and operational efficiency.

  • Provide professional and constructive feedback to candidates and clients.

  • Assist with onboarding to ensure seamless integration of new hires.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the Middle East.

  • Prior experience in a recruitment firm is mandatory.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Must be based in Dubai or open to relocation.

  • Results-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple assignments.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and passionate about people development.

  • Ability to manage high-volume recruitment without sacrificing quality.

  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic or French is a plus.
