Faithful Executive, a leader in interim management, consulting, and executive search, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support one of its clients in the recruitment and consulting industry. This part-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a passion for connecting top talent with exceptional opportunities across the MENA region.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.

Conduct thorough candidate assessments, evaluating skills and cultural fit.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Ensure timely and clear communication with all stakeholders throughout the hiring process.

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored hiring solutions.

Enhance recruitment workflows to optimize candidate experience and operational efficiency.

Provide professional and constructive feedback to candidates and clients.

Assist with onboarding to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
Qualifications:
-
Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the Middle East.

Prior experience in a recruitment firm is mandatory.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Must be based in Dubai or open to relocation.

Results-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple assignments.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Self-motivated, team-oriented, and passionate about people development.

Ability to manage high-volume recruitment without sacrificing quality.

Fluency in English is required; Arabic or French is a plus.
