Meinhardt Group, a globally recognized engineering consultancy, is seeking a Senior Transport Modeler to join their Dubai-based team. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for a professional with 7–10 years of experience in transport modeling and planning—especially within the Middle East.

As a key contributor, you will support regional projects including large-scale transport master plans, traffic impact assessments, and integrated mobility strategies. You’ll be part of a dynamic team, reporting directly to the Mobility and Transportation Lead, while playing a hands-on role in shaping sustainable urban transport networks.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Serve as SUIT – Senior Transport Modeler for projects across the MENA and GCC regions.

• Develop, apply, and interpret transport models using CUBE and/or VISUM.

• Conduct transport planning assessments including TIS, ITS, Smart Mobility, and traffic impact studies.

• Lead transport model analysis, strategic development, and data interpretation.

• Collaborate with project stakeholders, external consultants, and design teams.

• Present complex model outputs and technical findings to clients and government authorities.

• Develop project scopes and methodologies for both public and private sector clients.

• Support smart city initiatives including micro-mobility, EV charging, connected vehicles, and parking management.

✅ Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transport Planning, or related discipline; Master’s degree preferred.

• 7–10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in the Middle East and 2 years in Dubai/Abu Dhabi.

• Approved as a Level 3 TIS Transport Modeler by RTA (Dubai) or DOT (Abu Dhabi).

• Strong proficiency in CUBE and/or VISUM.

• Experience with microsimulation tools such as VISSIM, SYNCHRO, SIDRA, and HCS.

• Proficiency in GIS tools and spatial analysis.

• Experience with smart mobility, ITS design, and master planning projects.

• Effective project management and report writing skills.

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
