Easygenerator, a Dutch EdTech scale-up, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage full-cycle recruitment for tech and product roles. This hybrid role in Dubai focuses on building technical teams, sourcing top talent, collaborating with hiring managers, and enhancing the candidate experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer extension.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create tailored job descriptions and interview questions.

• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.

• Source candidates via social media, job boards, networking, internal databases, and events.

• Maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.

• Analyse recruitment metrics and optimize hiring processes using ATS data.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

• 3+ years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, focused on Product/Tech roles.

• Proven experience building technical and product teams.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Target-driven, with experience managing KPIs.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a dynamic environment.

• Positive attitude and high energy, comfortable in fast-paced settings.
