Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer extension.

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create tailored job descriptions and interview questions.

Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.

Source candidates via social media, job boards, networking, internal databases, and events.

Maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.

Analyse recruitment metrics and optimize hiring processes using ATS data.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

3+ years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, focused on Product/Tech roles.

Proven experience building technical and product teams.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Target-driven, with experience managing KPIs.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Positive attitude and high energy, comfortable in fast-paced settings.
