TikTok is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support its Product & Design team across the EMEA region. This full-time, hybrid role involves collaborating with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR partners to design and execute recruitment strategies that attract top talent. The successful candidate will play a vital role in building TikTok’s world-class teams, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and driving continuous improvements in hiring processes.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with HRBPs and hiring managers to align sourcing and recruitment strategies with business goals.

• Assess talent requirements and execute hiring plans within defined timelines.

• Leverage networks to source and attract experienced, diverse, and ambitious talent.

• Screen, evaluate, and select candidates effectively.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including interviews, reference checks, salary recommendations, and closing offers.

• Provide an exceptional candidate experience from application through onboarding.

• Lead key initiatives and projects that improve recruiting operations and results.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of end-to-end recruitment experience.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Attention to detail with experience building and executing recruitment processes.

• Passion for delivering outstanding candidate experiences.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with creative problem-solving ability.

• Experience closing senior or executive-level candidates and negotiating compensation packages.

• Collaborative, optimistic, and adaptable personality.
