Wynn Al Marjan Island, an upcoming world-class beachfront resort set to open in early 2027, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Onboarder to join its HR team. The role involves managing and coordinating all onboarding activities to ensure new employees experience a smooth and efficient transition into the company. This includes pre-employment processes, document management, systems setup, and continuous process improvement. The ideal candidate will have HR or hospitality experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate pre-employment processes including background checks, contracts, benefits enrollment, and documentation.

Provide resources and guidance to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Create and maintain accurate employee profiles and records.

Handle IT setup requests and workplace logistics for new hires.

Monitor and improve onboarding procedures to enhance new hire satisfaction and retention.

Maintain onboarding trackers and produce progress reports.

Ensure HR systems are up to date with employee details.

Uphold confidentiality regarding employee and company information.
Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

1–2 years of experience in HR or hospitality, preferably in onboarding or employee relations.

Proficiency in MS Office and strong public speaking skills.

Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Ability to multitask and work with employees at all levels.
