noon, a leading digital ecosystem in the Middle East, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern for its Noon Minutes hyper-local delivery platform. This internship offers hands-on experience in sourcing, recruiting, and supporting the People team to ensure efficient talent acquisition processes. The role provides exposure to fast-paced digital operations and contributes to noon’s mission of delivering to every door, every day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and interview potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

  • Collaborate with the People team to manage internal recruitment processes end-to-end.

  • Build market maps and identify both passive and active talent.

  • Manage internships and junior-level recruitment.

  • Support special projects within the People team as needed.

  • Track HR data changes and support people movement processes.

  • Assist People Lead with key people initiatives and projects.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • GCC Nationals or UAE residency holders with minimum 3–6 months validity (student, family sponsorship, or golden visa eligible).

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

  • Strong customer/candidate focus, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Adaptable, resourceful, and ready to learn in a dynamic setting.
