GMG, a global well-being company with a portfolio of leading international and home-grown brands, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to join its HR team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for someone passionate about recruitment and talent strategy. The successful candidate will manage the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and evaluating candidates to facilitating onboarding—while helping promote GMG’s employer brand and growth-focused culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing & Attraction:

• Use job boards, social media, and networking events to attract diverse candidates.

• Design and execute recruitment campaigns targeting key talent markets.

Candidate Screening & Evaluation:

• Review resumes, conduct initial assessments, and shortlist qualified candidates.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews and candidate evaluations.

Interview Coordination & Facilitation:

• Manage communication and logistics for interview processes.

• Assist in conducting interviews and advising hiring managers.

Candidate Engagement & Experience:

• Serve as a main point of contact for applicants throughout the process.

• Maintain a strong candidate experience with clear, professional communication.

Offer Management & Onboarding:

• Help prepare and negotiate job offers.

• Coordinate with HR to ensure smooth onboarding and orientation.

Employer Branding & Networking:

• Promote GMG’s employer brand via social media and events.

• Build relationships with universities, agencies, and professional bodies.

Data Management & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.

• Produce recruitment analytics to identify trends and improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• Solid experience in talent acquisition, preferably in retail and/or corporate functions.

• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.

• HR certifications such as CIPD or SHRM are desirable.
