This is a flexible, commission-based remote role—ideal for recruiters, HR consultants, and professionals with strong industry networks. As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you’ll act as a connector, introducing Flowmingo to hiring teams and earning commissions for successful referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Share Flowmingo’s AI-powered interview platform with HR professionals, recruiters, and decision-makers.

• Introduce hiring teams to solutions that enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

• Guide new users in integrating Flowmingo into their hiring workflows.

• Provide product feedback and insights to improve platform offerings.

• Work independently and earn based on performance-driven referrals.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Strong network within HR, talent acquisition, or recruitment.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to explain product value clearly and persuasively.

• Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovative HR tech.

• Experience in HR, recruitment, or consulting is a plus.
