Hill International, Inc., a global leader in program, project, and construction management services, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Administrator to support recruitment operations in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role involves resume formatting, recruitment administration, candidate data management, and assisting recruiters in the hiring process.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Format and edit resumes and project descriptions according to company standards.
✅ Support recruiters with end-to-end recruitment processes.
✅ Conduct reference and background checks for potential hires.
✅ Maintain and update the candidate availability list and recruitment database.
✅ Prepare job post reports, candidate applications, and other recruitment metrics.
✅ Ensure accuracy in resume writing, proofreading, and document formatting.
✅ Work within Deltek Vision CRM to manage recruitment data.

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Technical Writing, HR, or a related field.
✔️ 3-5 years of experience in recruitment administration and resume writing.
✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
✔️ Strong editing, proofreading, and document formatting skills.
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe tools.
✔️ Ability to work under strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
✔️ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
