Job Title: System Analyst

Job Overview:

Nair Systems is seeking a System Analyst to support IT projects, risk management systems, and post-go-live activities. The role requires technical expertise, software development, data analysis, and coordination with business users and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Project Support & Implementation:

• Assist in project activities and post-go-live support from a technical perspective.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of Risk Management Systems related to regulatory compliance and digitization initiatives.
• Gather business requirements from stakeholders and ensure smooth execution.

✅ Technical Development & Analysis:

• Develop, support, and maintain ETL processes using SSIS.
• Work on databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.
• Write SQL queries & stored procedures to support business needs.
• Provide technical design recommendations and develop software modules.

✅ Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination:

• Liaise with business users, vendors, and stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Track and manage vendor deliverables and customer issues.
• Participate in business workshops & meetings for system analysis and design.

✅ Application Management & Support:

• Provide first-line & second-line support for assigned applications.
• Ensure system stability & security while troubleshooting critical issues.
• Monitor production applications and ensure compliance with IT standards.

✅ Compliance & Documentation:

• Prepare technical & functional specifications for projects.
• Ensure applications meet architecture & security standards.
• Maintain proper tracking and reporting for issue resolution.

Qualifications & Skills:

🎓 Education & Experience:

• IT / Computer Science degree from a reputed institution.
• 1 – 3 years of experience in software development & technical support.

💡 Technical Skills:

• Strong experience in ETL development (SSIS).
• Proficiency in SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.
• Ability to write SQL queries & stored procedures.
• Knowledge of Risk Management Systems (preferred but not mandatory).

📌 Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Ability to liaise with business users & vendors effectively.
• Good communication & documentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
